To ensure absolute privacy, all patient case files are encrypted, and only Sanford Lapedis has access to them. Data files, such as authorization & agreement forms or invoices, are accessible to only Homeopathy Solutions office staff. All information contained in these documents is strictly for office records and is never shared with an outside party.
We collect email address to facilitate direct communication with patients and subscribers. This information is never shared. On request this information will be removed from our records.
