How to Authenticate your Licence
(We suggest that you print this page and refer to it during the authentication procedure – if you experience problems – email: support@homeopathysolutions.com, detailing your problem).
- After installing your CD you will be prompted for the product activation.
- Enter your CD’s serial number in the “Package Serial Number” box . You must be connected to the internet in order to complete this procedure – if you wish to do this at a later date just click the “continue” box in the right bottom corner. (Please note that you have a maximum of 30 days from the time of installation to authenticate your license. Without authentication, after 30 days the program will no longer function.)
- Click on the first “copy” button
- Open your browser and paste the address into the “address” bar or type in: www.homeopathysolutions.com/authenticate/ - and press enter.
- Go back to the 1rst “Product Activation” screen, and click on the “copy” box beside the code where it says: “When asked, use code:”.
- Return to your browser and place the cursor in the box beside “Submit Query”. Press Ctrl+V (paste) on your keyboard, to paste in the “use code”.
- Click on “Submit Query”
- At the top of the next screen that appears there will be a 4 digit alpha-numeric code. Copy down this 4 digit code. Go back to the 1rst “Product Activation” screen. Enter this four digit final authorization code into the “Enter 4 digit code, Here:” field.
- Click “Continue” – and you receive confirmation that you have successfully completed the licensing process.
Important Notice
